Risorsero dalla Tomba e Fu… L’Apocalisse!
12" Maxi Single / Digital
Released March 20th (Digital) / May 1st (Vinyl)

(Preorder live around 11am EST March 20th)

1. Risorsero dalla Tomba e Fu… L’apocalisse! (0:00)
2. Paura che Uccide (1:56)
3. Apoteosi Del Mistero (6:14)

Track 3 originally recorded by Fabio Frizzi.

Coming on the heels of the band’s most successful LP, 2024’s Duck Face Killings, FULCI return with a special 12” maxi single serving as the soundtrack to the short film Risorsero dalla Tomba e Fu… L’Apocalisse! (“They Rise From the Grave and It Will Be… The Apocalypse!”).

Created in collaboration with director Domenico Montixi, the 30-minute film merges paranormal horror with Spaghetti Western atmosphere, drawing direct inspiration from Lucio Fulci’s City of the Living Dead and Four of the Apocalypse. The film is set to begin its international festival run soon, with a trailer premiering at FULCICON 2 in Milan.

The maxi single features a suite of new FULCI compositions that drift between eerie, cinematic soundscapes evoking the Lovecraftian aura of Fulci’s films, and the band’s signature Gore-Giallo Death Metal. It also includes a special cover of Fabio Frizzi’s “Apoteosi Del Mistero” from City of the Living Dead.

Risorsero dalla Tomba e Fu… L’Apocalisse! further expands the band’s cinematic universe where extreme music and cult horror collide, serving as a uniquely atmospheric release bridging Duck Face Killings, the band’s relentless touring schedule, and the eventual resurrection of their fifth full-length album.

MORTICIAN "Mortal Massacre" [Full 1993 Album]

HELLS HEADBANGERS is proud to reissue MORTICIAN's cult compilation Mortal Massacre on jewel case CD, featuring a black disc and an 8-page booklet with a refreshed layout overseen by the band.

Mortal Massacre remains an essential archive of MORTICIAN’s earliest evolution, capturing the band when their sound was still forged through raw performances, primitive production, and the unmistakable force of drummer Matt Sicher, whose contributions feel even more significant knowing he passed away in 1994. This compilation gathers early studio work alongside two intense live recordings, offering a vivid portrait of MORTICIAN before their later machine driven era.
The release begins with a perfect nod to MORTICIAN’s horror roots. The intro in the track “Mortal Massacre” is lifted from the 1968 classic Night of the Living Dead, immediately setting a grim atmosphere. The compilation closes with another iconic cinematic moment. The outro in “Redrum” comes from the 1980 film The Shining, adding a chilling final touch that mirrors the band’s devotion to horror culture.

The studio material is divided into two important sessions. Tracks 1 to 3, recorded at D+D Studios, originally appeared on the Mortal Massacre seven inch and showcase the earliest form of the band’s crushing formula. Sicher’s natural drumming injects warmth and unpredictability into the music, giving the riffs and vocals a dynamic edge.

Tracks 4 to 6, recorded at Sleepyhollow Studios for the Brutally Mutilated seven inch, introduce another significant piece of MORTICIAN history. These songs feature John McEntee of INCANTATION on guitar, a connection that highlights just how intertwined the early United States extreme metal scene was. Will Rahmer himself briefly sang for INCANTATION in 1990, performing vocals on both Demo 1 and Entrantment of Evil, after stepping in to replace Paul Ledney of PROFANATICA for the band’s first rehearsal tape. These overlapping lineups reveal a fascinating moment when several now legendary figures were shaping the sound of American underground death metal side by side.

The remainder of the compilation presents MORTICIAN in their live environment, where their brutality feels immediate and unfiltered. Tracks 7 to 15 were recorded live at Michigan Metal Fest 2 in Detroit, Michigan on November 16, 1992. The band charges through the set with grit and momentum, proving how fierce they already were in front of a crowd. Tracks 16 to 20, recorded at Buffalo Death Fest in Buffalo, New York on October 20, 1990, take the listener even further back, offering an early snapshot that captures the chaotic energy of MORTICIAN’s earliest gigs.

The most striking aspect throughout the release remains Sicher’s drumming. His human touch changes the feel of every song. The fast parts feel frantic rather than mechanical, the slower parts hit with thick heaviness, and the subtle imperfections create a sense of real movement. This organic performance reveals how different MORTICIAN sounded before drum machines became part of their identity. It also exposes their early influences more clearly, including the weighty riffs of Celtic Frost and the primal grind intensity of early Napalm Death.

For collectors and devoted fans, Mortal Massacre stands as a crucial piece of MORTICIAN’s legacy. It preserves the sound of the original lineup, the influence of cult horror cinema, the early involvement of important figures like John McEntee, and the powerful drumming of Matt Sicher. For anyone who wants to understand how MORTICIAN developed from a raw death and grind outfit into an unmistakable force within extreme metal, this 1993 release remains both valuable and deeply engaging.

Mortal Massacre is not only a historical record. It is an intense and meaningful chapter that shows MORTICIAN at their most primitive, spirited, and foundational.

One of Europe's most ferocious entities strikes again! Their last year Ep drawn first blood but with "Through Demonic Spell", the italian combo FERAL FORMS is definitely going out for the kill.
For fans of Concrete winds, Antichrist Siege Machine, Angelcorpse, Of Feather And Bone.

---
Sword’s edge
well sharp
ready to kill…
the saints
the enemies
will die
under my fist
And then
the heaven
I’ll conquer…
I will
conquer all
with no mercy
the resistance was hard…
Angel’s
legion
fought…
-They fought-
I cut their armors
I cut their fleshes
I cut their heads
which as trophies
I’ll reclaim
I’LL RECLAIM!!!
Well done! The blacksmith!
The edge was sharp…
I beheaded
all of them
and all the angels
went decapitated
they went decapitated
ahahahah
Well done! The blacksmith!
The edge was sharp…
I beheaded
all of them
AND I LEFT VICTORIOUS
UNDER THE BANNER OF HELL
Sword’s edge
well sharp
Antichrist’s
dopplehander
“AND I LEFT VICTORIOUS
UNDER THE BANNER OF HELL
THE HEAVEN WENT BURNT
AND ALL THE ANGELS SLAIN.
I TOOK MY TROPHIES
WITH MY DOUBLE HANDED SWORD
AND BRING IT TO MY FROZEN LAND OF FIRE”
UNDER
THE BANNER
OF HELL!

HELLS HEADBANGERS is proud to present a brand-new mini-album from Australia's ESKHATON, Horracle, on CD, 12" vinyl and digital formats.

CD here:
https://shop-hellsheadbangers.com/eskhaton-horracle.asp

Digital here:
https://shop-hellsheadbangers.com/eskhaton-horracle-digital.asp

ESKHATON is CYCLONIC DEATH METAL: absolute chaos and total death - psychotic, bestial, raw blistering ferocity and horror atmosphere - from Melbourne, Australia. ESKHATON means Total Death: the end of all things and time.

Formed by Invokocide (vocals/guitars) in 1999, with the addition of Whirwindead (guitars) in 2002, it was not until November 2008 when Hammerkill joined on drums that the lineup was able to record, with bass work done by Whirlwindead and Invokocide until a bassist could be found. Two albums and an EP were recorded and released between 2011 and 2014, with the EP being unreleased until 2018. The lineup changed in 2015 when Militiarkh was possessed to take hold of the drums, who later also did live shows for HOBBS ANGEL OF DEATH.

Live shows for ESKHATON began 2014 after Abyssnil (Ignivomous) joined on bass 2014-16, and following live efforts of Telesmaniak 2016, Christfallen 2017, Keraborous (Inverloch/Ignivomous) 2018/19. In 2020, Sublimorkunt was possessed for the bass role and the coming Horracle recording plus future recordings.

To date, ESKHATON have released three albums, with 2018’s Omegalitheos being the most recent offering and which sent the band on a barrage of destruction in Australia, New Zealand, Mexico, and twice in Europe between 2018-2019, alongside such bands as Incantation, Cemetery Urn, Impetuous Ritual, Diocletian, Heresiarch, Sabbat (Japan), King Parrot, Nocturnal Graves, Watain, Cult Of Fire, Krisiun, Drawn And Quartered, Funebrarum, Krypts, Interment, Venenum, Mitochondrion, Force of Darkness, Weregoat, Tombmold, Godless, Nocturnus AD, Full Of Hell, Mispyrming, Inverloch, Beheaded, Altarage, and many more, including two performances at the Brutal Assault fest in consecutive years plus the afterparty show in Prague.

All those years spent taking their Total Death metal madness across stages far and wide have finally culminated in ESKHATON's grandest statement to date, and yet also their shortest: the five-song/30-minute Horracle. However, lumber under no belief that this recording is lacking in any respect; in fact, any longer and Horracle might simply be too horrifying to endure. Decaying occultism and tortured extremity coalesce into a hammering whirlwind that showcases ESKHATON's most diverse songwriting, spanning both their fastest and slowest tracks. Chaos and epic evil are still at the forefront of their attack, but the band's exceptional tightness - even when tempting those very corners of chaos - is a demonic delight to experience. That they take such serpentine material, impossibly murky and already palpitating at the very core, and deliver it with a katana-sharp clarity is even more demonic. Thus, Horracle is truly titled.

And ESKHATON are just getting started: a new full-length for HELLS HEADBANGERS is already in the works. Those borderlanders into both Psycroptic and Pseudogod, Cryptopsy and Conqueror, you MUST witness this Horracle!

CHURCH OF DISGUST "Arrogant Death"

Taken from their 3rd album, "Weakest is the Flesh," to be released on CD, cassette & digital on May 27, 2022. LP coming later. Video edited by Wyatt Burton.

Since forming in 2010, CHURCH OF DISGUST have been spreading sickness throughout the underground. Made up of lead guitarist Joshua Bokemeyer, drummer Dwane Allen, bassist Travis Andrews, and guitarist/vocalist Dustin James, CHURCH OF DISGUST unleashed two demo tapes before releasing their debut full-length, Unworldly Summoning, in 2014 via Spain's Memento Mori Records. The next year saw the release of the Dread Ritual EP on Headsplit Records (tape) and Craneo Negro Records (Mexico). In 2016, the band released Veneration of Filth ( in multiple formats via Memento Mori Records, Headsplit Records, and later Maggot Stomp/Sunken Tomb Records), which quickly began making waves in the underground. In the years to follow, the band focused on touring more and making some memorable festival appearances before releasing the Consumed by Slow Putrefaction EP on Maggot Stomp Records in 2020. These three hymns of crushing swamp sickness proved them to be heavier and with more refined songwriting, ignoring trends and staying true to their vision of death metal the way it was meant to be played.

Now aligned with HELLS HEADBANGERS, 2022 will bring total death, as CHURCH OF DISGUST will be releasing their third album, and first for the label: Weakest is the Flesh. Continuing the momentum of their preceding EP, these Gulf Coast death metal fiends deliver their catchiest and most crushing record yet with Weakest is the Flesh. The formula is almost deceptively simple: immediately memorable songwriting that doesn't insult the listener's intelligence with over-simplicity nor try to impress with needless technicality, and delivered with impassioned execution and clear-yet-powerful production. It's "old school" only in the sense of honoring the power of THE RIFF (as well as well-timed divebombing solos!) and otherwise doesn't pander to the usual retro-posturing cliches. As such, CHURCH OF DISGUST here variously nod to classic CIANIDE, Gorefest, Cancer, Pentacle, Opprobrium, and even Napalm Death's Harmony Corruption but never for too long nor too obviously; their charisma and personality bleed through everything, above all. And Weakest is the Flesh's 41 minutes just fly by like that, lodging firmly in the cranium but compelling the listener to press "play" repeatedly.

Featuring eight tracks of ungodly heaviness and the most efficient songwriting around (and a haunting interlude and outro), Weakest is the Flesh is undoubtedly CHURCH OF DIGUST's strongest statement to date. DEATH METAL OR DIE!!!

A veritable death metal "supergroup," MALEFIC THRONE is a three-headed beast joining together death metal royalty: guitarist Gene Palubicki (PERDITION TEMPLE, Angelcorpse, BLASPHEMIC CRUELTY), vocalist/bassist Steve Tucker (Morbid Angel, Warfather), and drummer John Longstreth (Origin, Hate Eternal, ex-Angelcorpse). Suitably, the sound on their self-titled debut EP maliciously mainlines much of those foundational death metal sounds for which all three members have been renowned the past three decades. Fiery and furious but finessed with a surprising amount of grace, MALEFIC THRONE spit forth a lean 'n' mean whirlwind that's diabolically blackened and gleaming like the sharpest blade. In just 19 minutes, the trio get in, get out, and fucking DESTROY.

Palubicki explains the genesis of the band: "MALEFIC THRONE was conceived over conversations and shared ideas among the three of us since around summer of 2020, deep in the early pandemic upheaval, while everyone was - and has been - in limbo for live shows/tours/etc. We hit on the idea of just going for it, writing some furious death metal material with the three of us, and seeing what would happen. Given who the band members are, it is surely clear the nature of what this is all about. We originally considered just doing an independently released demo, but we approached HELLS HEADBANGERS to see if they were interested in handling the debut EP release. They agreed, and onward it goes!"

If there's any three underground veterans who deserve to use "Throne" in their moniker, it's MALEFIC THRONE. Pay fealty to these three kings of death!

*Get it here:
https://shop-hellsheadbangers.com/searchAdvanced.asp?searchfor=CARDIAC+ARREST

Formed in 1997, Chicago's CARDIAC ARREST have become something of an underground institution with their unapologetically horror-inspired death metal. Never catering to the trends, CARDIAC ARREST have remained a force to be reckoned with and show no signs of compromise. With numerous releases, festival appearances, tours in the US, Canada, and Europe, and respect of peers and fans alike, CARDIAC ARREST proudly carries the flag of true DEATH METAL.

Newly allied with HELLS HEADBANGERS, CARDIAC ARREST saw the reissue of their second album (and favorite), 2008's Cadaverous Presence, on vinyl for the first time ever during the summer of 2023. Continuing this blood pact is the long-awaited release of The Stench of Eternity, their eighth album overall. CARDIAC ARREST's preceding album, The Day That Death Prevailed, was released during the cursed year of 2020, and the following years were even more difficult for the band. Nevertheless, all that darkness and bitterness positively spill over on the ever-aptly-titled The Stench of Eternity. Sticking to their guns but firing 'em uglier and nastier than ever, CARDIAC ARREST kick into their characteristic sound with sickly aplomb: gallop, blast, mix 'em up, and repeat as necessary until the listener is either possessed or decimated! A no-nonsense approach to be sure, but to do it this convincingly - and, after all these years, without rehashing the same ideas - is a skill elusive to most. Couple that with CARDIAC ARREST's catchiest and most varied songwriting to date, as well as a production that manages to be both crystal-clear and exceptionally dirty simultaneously, and The Stench of Eternity becomes essential huffing for the sickest fucks. Timeless and trend-free, for over 25 years now: ONLY DEATH METAL IS REAL!

Taken from the album "Untopia" (out 03.17.23)

Pre-order "Untopia" on LP/CD/Cassette here: https://linktr.ee/krueltyjphc

Formed in Tokyo, Japan in the summer of 2017, KRUELTY has emerged as the most notable artist to find that sweet spot where the amalgamation of heavy beatdown hardcore and ‘90s American/Scandinavian death/doom metal becomes the blueprint of brutality and slam KRUELTY unleash. With KRUELTY you will hear the ultimate convergence of some of the most punishing death metal riffs and the most mind-blowing breakdowns influenced by Japanese and ‘90s East Coast hardcore bands.

2020 saw the release of KRUELTY’s debut album “A Dying Truth” and revealed itself as one of the heaviest albums that year. With their new LP “Untopia”, KRUELTY will release an album even bigger in scope and ultimately heavier than their debut.

Expect KRUELTY to crush stages live in your city in 2023 with tours planned in North America, Europe, Australia, Asia etc.

“Untopia” was produced by Taylor Young at The Pit Studios and features artwork by Sindre Foss Skancke with additional Ukiyo art by Devri
