And it's not all noise and mayhem for extremity's sake either; this is some superbly composed music with thought out structures and variations, only delivered out of pure anger with blistering speed and oppressive intensity. While their forceful execution of raw emotions may not be for everyone, it can't be denied that such an unadulterated form of expression gives a rare kind of thrill that is nigh impossible to replicate sincerely and the kind of elevated catharsis that it provides is potentially life-collapsing. At the very least, it serves as a reminder of why we started listening to death metal music in the first place and reignites the overwhelming sensation of fear coupled with ecstasy that we all experienced at that point of time.
