While previous installments described the fears and anxieties related to the body dysmorphia that afflicts Ben Vanweelden, the new album mercilessly—and with immense courage—reveals even deeper and more unspeakable traumas, which have shaped the artist himself into the "creation" at the center of his stories and on the beautiful cover by 0ndes. "In 'Ŋvęŧş: Violator Of Mater', the creation has been broken down by the wall of Dysmor and has entered the world of Malcloid, the Realm of Despair, where he faces the Pillar of Light and Purity that holds the essence of his own mother," Vanweelden explains. "This is where he must face his real life abusers that create the beast that is Ŋvęŧş, the violator of the innocent. He was broken to enter the world. Now he must witness the ones he loves become broken and destroyed to progress to the final trial. Each appendage of the beast represents my real life abusers, in a way to cope with the events." Musically, VENOMOUS ECHOES do what they do best: build twisted and schizophrenic songs, which oscillate chaotically between ferocious black death accelerations and doom slowdowns, entrusted to distorted and oppressive sounds.
